The 8-Step Regime

Deep purification. Note: No skin is the same — if irritation occurs, switch to our Milk or Ceramide Cleanser when using active peeling agents.
Step 2
TONE
The Choice: Vitamin B Toner (Day).
Prep and balance. Build resilience in the skin to better tolerate active treatments.
Step 3
TOPICAL ACTIVES (Medical Support)
The Choice: Topical Antibiotics (e.g., Clindamycin 1%).
Targeted Care: Doctor's prescription required. Apply only to localised or infected areas as professionally advised.
Step 4
SERUM
The Choice: Moisture Fix or Hyaluron Booster Capsule (AM & PM).
Hydrate to heal. Keeping skin hydrated is critical to reducing irritation while using clinical actives.
Step 5
PEEL & CORRECT (The Power Step)
The Choice: Glyco-10 (AM) | Retinol/Retinal alternate with UMMF Correcting Serum (PM).
Resurface and brighten. Clear blocked pores and stimulate renewal while UMMF targets post-acne marks and uneven tone.
Step 6
ANTIOXIDANT
The Choice: Vitamin C 20% or Bio-Ferment Barrier Cream (AM & PM).
Fortify. Support the skin's recovery and protect against environmental scarring triggers.
Step 7
MOISTURISE
The Choice: Day Care, Night Care Moisturiser, Day Beauty Radiant, Night Beauty Repair, or Aqua Moisturiser (Day & Night).
Soothe and seal. Maintain the skin barrier to prevent dryness and peeling.
Step 8
PROTECTION
The Choice: Sunscreen SPF 30 (Daily Essential).
Critical step. Antibiotics increase photosensitivity; shielding your skin is a must to prevent UV damage.
Clinical Tips & Advice
Best for: Acne Vulgaris, Cystic Acne, Congested Skin, Post-Acne Marks.
The Clinical Strategy: For cystic acne, professional peels are recommended before microdermabrasion. Medical prescriptions and dermal treatments must work together. Blue light therapy is recommended for best results.
Patience is Key: Treatment typically takes 3–6 months or more. The sooner you begin, the lower the risk of long-term scarring.
Transitioning: Once skin improves, reduce the frequency of Retinol/Glycolic and increase nourishment with our Skin Nutrients Regime.
The Golden Rule: DO NOT PICK. Picking leads to inflammation and permanent scarring. Let the products and your therapist do the work!
Important Safety Disclaimer: Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) Users: This active regime is not recommended while under a Roaccutane prescription. Please consult your specialist or dermal therapist for a modified, ultra-gentle routine during your medication course and for 6 months after finishing.
